COVID-19 Update

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Ideal Standard International has continued to provide uninterrupted supply to the market.

As a team, we are particularly proud to be able to support critical healthcare projects, essential trades and key worker operations with the sanitaryware and hygiene solutions they need.

We know how vital it is to support the construction sector with a robust and reliable supply chain.  Our Fast Part website remains active and available for use.  Our distribution centre is working at full capacity and our UK and European manufacturing facilities are all fully operational.  All of our sites are working under strict health and safety guidelines, to protect our employees while they carry out their essential roles.

Our London Design and Specification Centre is currently closed, with a refurbishment ongoing which will add some exciting new product displays for a spring launch.

During the current lockdown, our Customer Service & Order Management teams will be working from home.  Calls will continue to be answered, and our team of dedicated service engineers will continue to provide onsite support when needed.
